Any UAE resident between 0 - 99 years of age can apply.

For most of our customers in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, there’s no deductible—your coverage begins right away.Deductibles may apply only to certain plans in Abu Dhabi, where you’ll pay a small initial amount out-of-pocket each year before your insurance benefits kick in. The exact deductible depends on the package you select.
The covered percentage rate is the proportion by which an insurance company bears the expenses. The covered percentage can vary according to type of benefit and plan package between 70% - 100%.
