- Download MetLife from your Mobile App Store and then click “Register”.
- Select the issuing country of your policy then choose “Proceed”.
- Register by selecting which ID you want to use (Member ID number or National ID number). MetLife ID/Member ID: Insurance Card Number National ID: Permanent identification number provided to a resident.
For example:
• Emirates ID number for UAE Residents.
• Civil Number for Oman Residents. - Fill out the information required such as name, date of birth, email address, password, and phone number.
- There is also an option if you want to activate Face ID/Touch ID for login.
- Login with the registered email address and password.
- Select E-card generation from the list in the MetLife “Home” Screen.
Deductible (Ded) – the fixed amount which is required to be paid by the member on every Outpatient visit.
Co-payment (Co-Pay) – the percentage of total billed amount which is required to be paid by the member for each in-patient (IP) / out-patient (OP) visit or admission.
- Your TOB is available in your new portal and app called myMetLife Plus.
- To access myMetLife Plus please click here or search for myMetLife Plus on the Apple App or Google Play stores.
- If it is your first-time logging in, you will need to have your policy and certificate numbers available which were sent to you as part of your welcome email.
- You will need to click register and then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once you have accessed the portal/app, click/tap on your policy card on the home screen, select Member Coverages & select Download TOB.
