Ways to pay your premium
Premium Payment – simple, convenient and secure. Choose the option that best suits you below.
Our portal provides a secure way to pay your premium using your debit or credit card no matter where you are in the world. All you need to do is:
- Log in to myMetLife.
- Under “My Policies”
- Click “Premium is due. Pay Now” button above the policy number. This banner will only appear when your premium is due.
- Under the “Payments” tab, click “Pay Premium”.
- Click “I Agree” on the disclaimer and follow the OTP prompt.
- Enter your card details and click “Pay Now”.
- Only the following debit/credit cards are accepted: Visa/Mastercard/JCB/Discover

- The above is valid for policies issued in the UAE.
- USD rates fluctuate daily, please consult the UAE Central Bank for todays rate: https://www.centralbank.ae/en/forex-eibor/exchange-rates/.
- Transfer fees would need to be considered during payment to ensure that the correct premium is received in your policy account.
Proof of Transfer
Once the transfer is complete, please send a copy of the transfer slip through our contact form under ‘Inquiry’.
The transfer slip will allow us to allocate the premium payment to your policy (ies). Without the slip, the transferred amount will remain pending.
Notes:
Please make sure to mention your Policy number on the Transfer Slip.
When making a Swift International Transfer, you should select the transfer fee as “OUR” to avoid Banks deducting additional fees for your transfer after completing your payment
To set up a standing order instruction:
1. Visit any of our offices.
2. Fill out the standing order form. Mention your policy number, premium amount in the currency of the policy and frequency. Ensure to fill the required information and read the disclaimer carefully.
A traditionalist? There’s nothing wrong with walking into our office to pay your premium.
For cheque/check payments:
Pay directly at one of the MetLife's sales offices or through a MetLife Collector via:
- Crossed cheque in the name of “American Life Insurance Company”.
To avail the Collection Service, please contact 8006385433 (800-MetLife).
Note: As of July 2017, USD cheques and USD demand drafts are no longer accepted as a mode of payment.
For debit or credit card payments:
Walk in and pay directly at one of the MetLife sales offices with your Debit or Credit Card.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of our mobile application.
To download the application click Android/iOS or scan the QR code
- Login using your credentials.
- Click on “E-payments Due”.
- Select the green “EPAY” button.
- Select “Pay premium”.
- Check the box to acknowledge reading the terms and conditions then Click “I agree”.
- Enter your card details and click “Next”.
- Enter the details of your billing address and click “Next”.
- Click “Pay Now”. If you are promoted to authenticate, please click submit.
- A “Payment Success” message will pop up that confirms that the payment is successful. An email will also be sent to you confirming the payment details for your records.
