In this Policy, “you” and “your” refer to any policyholder, insured person, beneficiary, claimant, prospective customer, representative, user of the Website or Services, or any other individual whose personal data is collected or processed by MetLife in connection with its insurance business and related services.

MetLife is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in connection with your use of the Services. This Policy explains how MetLife collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data obtained from you, or provided by you, in connection with the Services. Please read this Policy carefully to understand MetLife’s practices in relation to your personal data.

By accessing and using the Services and/or the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

Personal Data MetLife May Collect

All the information you need to fill in the open text fields during account registration before using the Services.
MetLife may collect data/information from your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing MetLife Services, the time and date of your use of the Services, and other relevant statistics. The information that MetLife requests will be retained by us and used as described in this Policy.
Insurance-related data, including policy numbers, health information, beneficiary details, claims history, and financial information provided in connection with the purchase, administration, or servicing of insurance products.

Legal Basis for Processing and Consent

MetLife processes your personal data on the basis of one or more of the following lawful grounds, as applicable under the data protection laws of the relevant jurisdiction:

Consent: Where MetLife relies on your consent to process your personal data, such consent may be provided through your use of the Services on the Website, through account registration, through the submission of forms (including the Data Subject Rights Form), or through other clear affirmative actions. Cookies and Tracking Technologies Cookies are small pieces of information that our server places on a visitor's computer hard drive to enable that person to more easily communicate and interact with the Website and to provide us with important information on how visitors use the Website.

ن متلايف هي إحدى شركات متلايف إنك.، وبناءً على ذلك، فقد تتم مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية أيضًا مع شركات متلايف الأخرى. باستخدامك للخدمات، فإنك تمنح متلايف بموجب هذه السياسة موافقتك المستنيرة على معالجة بياناتك الشخصية ومشاركتها ونقلها إلى الفئات التالية من المستلمين، سواء داخل البلد الذي تُقيم فيه أو خارجه، بما في ذلك المقر الرئيسي لمتلايف في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وفروعنا، وشركاتنا التابعة، وشركات إعادة التأمين وشركات التأمين المشاركة في تحمل المخاطر؛ والشركاء التجاريين، والمستشارين المهنيين (بما في ذلك المستشارين القانونيين والمحاسبين والخبراء الاكتواريين)، ووسطاء التأمين، والوسطاء؛ والسلطات التنظيمية والحكومية و/أو مزوّدي الخدمات، إذا رأت متلايف أن معالجة هذه البيانات الشخصية أو مشاركتها أو نقلها ضروري للأغراض التالية: (1) تنفيذ وثيقة التأمين الخاصة بك (2) مساعدة متلايف في تطوير أعمالنا ومنتجاتنا؛ (3) تحسين تجربة عملاء متلايف؛ (4) الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها؛ أو (5) الامتثال للطلبات الواردة من جهات إنفاذ القانون، وأنظمة العقوبات الدولية، وسائر المتطلبات التنظيمية الأخرى المطبّقة على متلايف.

تحرص متلايف على خضوع هؤلاء المستلمين لالتزامات مناسبة تتعلق بالسرية وحماية البيانات، وعلى امتثالها للقوانين المعمول بها فيما يتعلق بمعالجة بياناتك الشخصية ومشاركتها ونقلها على هذا النحو.

عمليات نقل البيانات عبر الحدود

على النحو الموضّح أعلاه، قد تُنقل بياناتك الشخصية إلى ولايات قضائية خارج البلد الذي تقيم فيه وتخزينها ومعالجتها فيها، بما في ذلك المقر الرئيسي لمتلايف في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وإلى ولايات قضائية أخرى تقع فيها شركات متلايف أو شركاتها التابعة أو شركات إعادة التأمين أو مزوّدي الخدمات. وقد تكون لدى هذه الولايات القضائية قوانين لحماية البيانات تختلف عن تلك المعمول بها في بلد إقامتك. وفي حال حدوث عمليات النقل المشار إليها، تتخذ متلايف التدابير الوقائية التي يقتضيها القانون المعمول به، بما في ذلك عند الاقتضاء استخدام آليات نقل معترف بها قانونًا وأشكال حماية تعاقدية مناسبة، وذلك لضمان منح بياناتك الشخصية مستوى ملائمًا من الحماية. باستخدامك للخدمات، فإنك تمنح موافقتك المستنيرة على عمليات النقل عبر الحدود، مع مراعاة حقك في سحب الموافقة على النحو الموضّح في هذه السياسة.

المعلومات المجمّعة

نظرًا لأن المعلومات المجمّعة التي يتم جمعها على الموقع الإلكتروني لا تحدد هويتك الشخصية، يجوز لمتلايف استخدام المعلومات المجمّعة لأي غرض ومشاركتها مع أطراف ثالثة لأي غرض. يجوز لمتلايف مشاركة المعلومات التي يتم جمعها باستخدام ملفات تعريف الارتباط وعلامات البكسل وغيرها من التقنيات المماثلة مع شركات متلايف الأخرى ومع مزودي الخدمات من الأطراف الثالثة. ويتمثّل الغرض من استخدام هذه البيانات في تحسين موقعنا الإلكتروني من خلال الاستجابة لاهتمامات مستخدمينا وتقديم معلومات أكثر صلة وفائدة. فعلى سبيل المثال، تستخدم متلايف المعلومات المجمّعة التي يتم جمعها على الموقع الإلكتروني لتقييم كيفية استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، يجوز لمتلايف جمع وتحليل المعلومات المتعلقة بعدد الزوّار الذين تصفحوا صفحات معينة من الموقع الإلكتروني، ومدة بقائهم في تلك الصفحات، والوجهة التي انتقلوا إليها بعد ذلك. تتيح لنا هذه المعلومات تحديد الصفحات التي قد تكون الأكثر إثارةً للاهتمام وشعبية لدى الزوّار. كما تُمكّننا من توفير تجربة استخدام أفضل وأكثر تميزًا لزوار الموقع الإلكتروني.

جمع البيانات من قِبل الأطراف الثالثة

يجوز لمتلايف الاستعانة بشركات خارجية متخصصة في خدمة عرض الإعلانات ("المعلنون") لعرض الإعلانات على الموقع الإلكتروني. يرجى العلم بأن هؤلاء المعلنين قد يستخدمون ملفات تعريف الارتباط وعلامات البكسل وتقنيات أخرى، من بين أمور أخرى، لتمكين هؤلاء المعلنين من تتبع الإعلانات التي تم عرضها على متصفحك والصفحات التي كنت تطالعها على الموقع الإلكتروني عند عرض تلك الإعلانات.

أمن البيانات

تعتمد متلايف تدابير وقائية تقنية وإدارية ومادية مصممة للمساعدة في تأمين وحماية بياناتك الشخصية من الوصول غير المصرّح به أو الإتلاف أو الفقدان أو التعديل أو إساءة الاستخدام أو الإفصاح. وتُتخذ هذه التدابير الوقائية وفقًا لمعايير الصناعة المقبولة عمومًا، سواء أثناء الإرسال أو بمجرد استلام بياناتك الشخصية. لا تتاح معلوماتك الشخصية إلا لعدد محدود من الموظفين الذين تقتضي مهامهم الوظيفية الاطلاع عليها. ومع ذلك، يُرجى ملاحظة أنه لا توجد أي وسيلة لنقل البيانات عبر الإنترنت أو أي طريقة للتخزين الإلكتروني تكون آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يُمكن لمتلايف ضمان تحقيق الأمن المطلق.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تحتفظ متلايف ببياناتك الشخصية وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها لتحقيق الأغراض التي جُمعت من أجلها، بما في ذلك الوفاء بأي متطلبات قانونية أو تنظيمية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو متطلبات متعلقة بإعداد التقارير مطبّقة على متلايف، وذلك وفقًا للقانون المعمول به ووفقًا لسياسة ومبادئ الاحتفاظ بالبيانات الخاصة بمتلايف. وقد تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ تبعًا للقانون المعمول به وسياق المعالجة وطبيعة البيانات الشخصية.

حقوقك بوصفك صاحب البيانات الشخصية

.الوصول: يجوز لك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية التي تحتفظ بها متلايف عنك

.لتصحيح / التصويب: يجوز لك أن تطلب من متلايف تصحيح البيانات الشخصية غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة أو تحديثها

.تقييد المعالجة: يجوز لك أن تطلب من متلايف تقييد معالجة بياناتك الشخصية في ظروف معيّنة

.الاعتراض على المعالجة: يجوز لك الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك الشخصية في ظروف معيّنة

.لمحو: يجوز لك طلب محو بياناتك الشخصية، حسب مقتضى الحال، مع مراعاة أي التزامات قانونية أو تنظيمية تقتضي من متلايف الاحتفاظ بتلك البيانات

.جواز نقل البيانات/ نقل البيانات: يجوز لك طلب نقل بياناتك الشخصية بنسق منظّم، حسب مقتضى الحال، بموجب قانون حماية البيانات ذي الصلة

إضافة البيانات: يجوز لك طلب إضافة بيانات إلى سجلاتك الشخصية المحتفظ بها لدى متلايف.

إلغاء الاشتراك في المراسلات التسويقية: يجوز لك إلغاء الاشتراك في تلقّي المراسلات التسويقية أو الترويجية من متلايف في أي وقت.

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، يجوز لك أن تقدّم إلى متلايف نموذج حقوق صاحب البيانات بعد استكماله. لطفا اضغط هنا للحصول على نموذج حقوق صاحب البيانات. ويجوز لمتلايف أن تطلب التحقق من هويتك قبل معالجة أي طلب. تخضع ممارسة حقوقك للقوانين المعمول بها، وتحتفظ متلايف بالحق في رفض الطلبات حيثما يسمح القانون المعمول به بذلك، وفي هذه الحالة ستُعلمك متلايف بالأسباب.

التعديلات على هذه السياسة
